My 
Story

The purpose of my work is to highlight and share my delight in places, people, and florals. My candy-colored oil paintings on wood panels are rendered in an expressive realism style and coated in a glossy varnish.

The darkness of the pandemic, followed by the passing of my wonderful mother from cruel and brutal cancer has made me want to focus on the delights this world has to offer rather than sink into the dark. The more I study the good things, the more good things I find to study.

I am an Austin, Texas artist and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BFA in Studio Art.
